Summer Break began its glorious life as the UK’s answer to spring break when we thought: ‘Why should Americans have all the fun?’

With a commitment to providing the best music, venues, parties and atmosphere in the UK we’ve had the pleasure of presenting high caliber line-ups including the likes of Tinie Tempah, Subfocus, Pendulum, Example, Caspa, Jaguar Skills, Scratch Perverts, Radio One's Mistajam, Zinc, Scott Mills and Annie Mac in the very best clubs the country has to offer. (Many of our Summer Break veterans are happy to call Waves the greatest club on Earth.)

Since its inception Summer Break has seen over 50,000 students surf up and down the Cornish coast, eat more marshmallows than we care to remember, party on our own private beach and in a number of the UK’s finest establishments, sunbathe, rave, and generally misbehave at the worlds biggest and best student party.

So here’s to Summer Break and the Space Hopper Girl of 2010. May we never forget you.
