As for the hotel itself, it’s a massive 12-building affair set around a huge 85 meter lagoon-like pool, surrounded by 3 new bars, a restaurant and the Mallorca Rocks fashion store.

Factor in palms, gardens and a curvy sun terrace of sunbeds and it’s got a great outdoor scene. What’s more, with a five-a-side football pitch, a sports complex with tennis courts nearby and watersports on the beach, days can be as lazy or lively as you like.

Step inside, meanwhile, and you’ll find this place has a modern, vibe. Apartments are whitewashed and, with big sliding doors out on to a balcony, have a light and breezy feel. What’s more, they all come with a twin bedroom, a lounge with separate sofa beds and a well-equipped kitchenette.
